Can I track my postcard?
Standard postcards are sent via regular mail without tracking. However, we notify you via email when your postcard is printed and shipped.
What if my postcard doesn't arrive?
If your postcard doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll make it right - either with a refund or a replacement.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and most standard postal addresses worldwide.
