Postcard credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.
We aim to deliver postcards within the timeframes specified on our website. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient addresses. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
While we take care to ensure quality printing and delivery, we cannot guarantee that postcards will not be lost or damaged in transit. In such cases, we may offer a reprint or credit at our discretion.
Once a postcard order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as printing begins immediately. If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
